Just in time for the beginning of the New Year and all the potential it brings, James Pettifer published a very interesting piece on Albania in light of Kosovar independence and the NATO invitaiton. It's a good read for those of you who have an interest in Albanian politics without getting too in-depth on the byzantine intricacies of the subject.
